Production Line Upgrade: Mass Production of Pleated Embroidery Fabrics Realized With Integrated Manufacturing Capacity Optimized
XYC Pleats limited. has recently completed refined process optimization for the full embroidery fabric production line, realizing collaborative efficiency improvement across pleat shaping, intelligent computerized embroidery and lace finishing workshops. Leveraging our in-house independent R&D advantages in pleated fabrics, combined with diversified special embroidery techniques, we have achieved stable large-scale production of base pleated fabrics with embroidery finishes.
This upgrade enables us to supply premium fabrics steadily for our in-house apparel division that manufactures pleated women’s wear, and empowers product iteration of fabric accessories including scarves and expandable bags. Meanwhile, our flexible order fulfillment and customized craft delivery capabilities have been further strengthened.
As a professional manufacturer integrating independent R&D of pleated fabrics, production of pleated women’s garments and matched fabric accessories, we have long focused on upgrading core pleating technologies. On the basis of mature mass production of standard single pleating crafts, we have devoted sustained efforts to developing composite pleating & embroidery processes, and built a full in-house production workflow: fabric pretreatment — high-temperature pleat shaping — intelligent computerized embroidery — scalloped lace overlocking — final inspection & warehousing.
Inside the embroidery workshop, skilled operators lay and fix pleated base fabrics precisely, finish custom pattern embroidery via CNC embroidery machines, and complete scalloped ruffle cutting and binding in one-stop processing (see on-site workshop photos). The optimized processes have solved long-standing industry pain points caused by high elasticity of pleated fabrics, including embroidery positioning deviation, lace edge fraying and loose stitching.
Our technical team adjusts embroidery tension and pleating temperature separately for fabrics of different weights. The adjusted parameters fully retain the original stretch resilience and 3D textured pleating effect, while ensuring neat embroidery patterns, tight uniform stitches and tidy finished lace edges, which greatly boosts the added value of finished fabrics.
Following the production line upgrade, we can deliver bulk pleated embroidery fabrics with diversified crafts, including flat embroidery, 3D embroidery, appliqué embroidery and color-block embroidery. Custom services covering exclusive patterns, pattern sizes and lace styles are available based on clients’ design drawings.
Our finished fabrics serve multiple downstream markets. We supply bulk fabrics to women’s apparel brands and garment factories worldwide, and also deliver fabrics directly to our own garment workshop to produce pleated embroidered dresses, tops and matching outfits. Besides, the fabrics are perfectly applicable for making expandable bags, decorative scarves and other fabric accessories, realizing seamless capacity collaboration among fabric R&D, garment manufacturing and accessory processing.
We have added multi-dimensional stretch and resilience testing procedures for finished fabrics. Strict quality inspections are implemented to eliminate defective products with fabric flaws, skipped stitches and pattern misalignment, so as to steadily raise the qualified product rate for bulk orders.
Since establishment, we have stuck to independent craft R&D and integrated in-house production, rather than focusing merely on OEM pleated fabric processing. We have built a complete industrial chain covering pleated fabrics, women’s apparel and fabric accessories. The expanded production capacity of composite pleated embroidery fabrics allows us to take both large-volume standard orders and small-batch flexible customized orders, expanding our business coverage for both domestic and overseas trade, to meet diverse demands from global cooperative clients.
